Position : As a 'Assistant Manager - PMO' at Merilytics, you will be working with various project teams to ensure best practices are followed in the project delivery process and design new processes to enhance the client experience. Location: Hyderabad Roles and Responsibilities: The roles and responsibilities of the incumbent will include the below: - Communicate and engage with multiple project teams to ensure best-in-class management practices and project delivery for clients. - Support project teams in understanding the client requirements in-depth and come up with appropriate solutions, ensuring timeline and accuracy of output is maintained consistently. - Collaborate with project teams to track risk levels vs. acceptable variation in processes and outputs. - Identify process gaps in the current delivery model and design initiatives to improve the same. - Build strong relationships with Senior Management team to drive company-wide initiatives to enhance the project delivery process across the organization. - Understand the best practices across the industry to build a robust delivery process at Merilytics. Pre-requisites and skillsets required to apply for this role: - Bachelor's degree from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 undergraduate college. - Strong problem-solving skills and first principle thinking. - Deep process-oriented mindset. - Ability to work with multiple stakeholders & teams. - Relentless customer focus. - Integrity and confidentiality.
