Job description :

- New IT Section proactive implementation and awareness to other dept.

- Tax Audit, ITR, TP Audit (30 days before due date)

- TDS Return, TCS Return (2 days before due date)

- Tax Assessments (Final Submission upload within 5 days before due date)

- Notice Reply (Final Submission upload within 5 days before due date)

- TCS/TDS Receivables Reconciliation (Quarterly basis MIS)

- Payment Certificates (One Working day)

- Tax Assessment Standard Checklist to be prepared within 4 months from ITR filling

- Portal Demand Closure Annual accounts finalization Audit Closure including Consolidated Financial and Siging by 15th May

- Liasioning with internal and external auditors

- Monthly Book Closing on or before 5th of next month and Monthly financials on or before 7th of next month

- Cost Audit (within 20 Days before due date)

- RBI Compliance (within 15 Days before due date)

- Secondary Check of all above functions (except AR)

- Improve accounting system to higher standards

- CAPA for all internal audit pointers relating to above function within 7 days time

- EMD monitoring, follow-up and closure

- MEIS, DBK Other Export Incentive - Tracking, Follow-up Collection

- GST (Others GL) monitoring, reco and closure

- Working Capital Monitoring Improvement by 25%

- To Lead Inventory Physical Verification on Quarterly basis
