MergerWare is looking to hire our Director of Engineering to continue driving the growth with an Engineering Team to build a category-leading platform M&A platform.

The role will involve understanding the product priorities and roadmap, and working with engineering teams to ensure they are executing it ensuring the highest quality. Driving scalability in the product and processes is one of the key responsibilities of this role.

Key Requirements :

- 10+ years of software product development experience, preferably SaaS with very strong technical skills.

- Strong experience with Build and Release, Agile processes and Estimation/Planning

- Exceptionally well-organized individual with great listening skills and exceptional communication and presentation skills.

- Passion for building and delivering great software with a strong sense of ownership.

- Exceptional people leader with the ability to energize, motivate and coach people

- Define and influence product strategy and roadmap for the M&A platform

- We are looking to build a next-generation M&A software that helps automate complex M&A process role is to own the project release of the platform by closely working with the leadership team of MergerWareBuild high-performing teams with a passion to build high-quality software

- Mentor, coach and motivate engineers on becoming better software professionals define processes to make software releases easy and fast work closely with the product management team to ensure there is 100% clarity on the roadmap and backlog

- Closely work with QA and DevOps teams to ensure timely, bug-free releases clear communication and 100% visibility of project status to all stakeholders define the competitive landscape and product differentiation

- Innovate & push the boundaries of product that helps M&A deal makers love for this platform.

- Make the company a thought leader & pioneer in M&A technology.
