Mergers & Acquisitions Role - Consumer & Retail Domain

Support the business activities of the Global Banking coverage model wherever - event-driven- transactions are being originated and/or executed.

Assist in the preparation of pitching materials to assist senior bankers to win mandates. Assist senior originator with the marketing efforts to clients and to ensure that pro-active client relationships are maintained.

Develop and prepare qualitative and quantitative analysis.

Work independently; lead execution on straightforward situations; effectively deploy internal and external resources

Manage and lead analyst involvement on work projects.

Participate in the training of analysts.

Promote the activities of Global Banking both within and outside the Group.

Act as a resource for the wider team as directed by the Bangalore management as well as onshore teams.

Understand and ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business in which the jobholder is involved.

Maintain Company internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators.

Undertake all required activities as directed by line manager or as agreed in annual objectives in support of the furtherment of the Global Banking business.
