Looking for an M&A & Strategy professional for a leading D2C brand, headquartered in Bangalore.

Details & Requirement:

- Should be able to manage multiple portfolios - strategy and M&A.

- Experience in M&A, valuations, and commercial due diligences.

- Self motivated, fast tracker and entrepreneurial in nature.

- Shape the company's long term strategy and develop measures for realising business objectives.

- Assess market trends and competitors.

- Align departmental goals, processes and resource allocation with the organizational strategy.

- Planning, implementing and managing proposed recommendations and projects.

Experience Required:

- MBA (Tier 1 Institute) with 5-7 years of experience.

- Only candidates with a mixed experience across Management Consulting (McKinsey, BCG & Bain only) & Startups (Con Tech/E-Commerce/Fashion) will be considered.
