We are looking for a candidate who will be focusing solely for Merger and Acquisition deals for a client's Investment Banking team. Job Role : 1. Basic sector research, profiles, trading and transaction comps, M&amp;A newsletter 2. Preparing pitches, deal execution materials, Assist senior team members with project execution 3. Attend client meetings / travel as required 4. Cross Border Partner interaction and develop strong working relationship with network incl travelling overseas as the person gets comfortable in the role 5. Collaborating with all other colleagues across sector and product teams to ensure smooth working relationship Looking for a candidate with : - Two to three years of work experience in Investment Banking advisory (India) role - MBA from Tier I/Top 20 colleges or qualified CA in First attempt - Having cross border partner exposure is useful, but not must - Knowledge of Financial Databases - Strong analytical skills and ability to find innovative solutions Forum Shah Skillventory
