- Support the business activities of the Global Banking coverage model wherever ‘event-driven’ transactions are being originated and/or executed.

Have good knowledge of Pitch Books, Due Diligence, Valuation, Financial Modeling, IPO, Intial Public Offer.

Industry Knowledge - FIG, Financial Institute Group, ECM, Equity Capital Market.

- Assist in the preparation of pitching materials to assist senior bankers to win mandates. Assist senior originator with the marketing efforts to clients and to ensure that pro-active client relationships are maintained.

- Develop and prepare qualitative and quantitative analysis.

- Work independently; lead execution on straightforward situations; effectively deploy internal and external resources

- Manage and lead analyst involvement on work projects.

- Participate in the training of analysts.

- Promote the activities of Global Banking both within and outside the Group.

- Act as a resource for the wider team as directed by the Bangalore management as well as onshore teams.

- Understand and ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business in which the jobholder is involved.

- Undertake all required activities as directed by line manager or as agreed in annual objectives in support of the furtherment of the Global Banking business.
