Candidate Profile: - We are looking for a candidate who is motivated and has a deep understanding of analysing corporate numbers and industry trends, helping target new businesses and help find the right set of counter parties for our existing online/offline M&amp;A, PE, JV, Tech sourcing deals. - Experience in Mid Market Investment Banking is a must with a blend of inter personal &amp; analytical skills. - Experience in handling Strategic &amp; Financial Investors is also required. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ready to work in an energetic startup environment. Qualifications: - MBA (Finance) Responsibilities: - P &amp; L for the vertical - Ability to find counter parties (domestic &amp; International) such as VCs/PEs,Family offices, HNIs, Large Corporates for the deals listed on our portal based on multiple criteria - Lead Data Analytics Team to create Company data sets for (a) Counter parties for deals listed on our portal (b) Business Development - Pick up offline M&amp;A, Fund Raising mandates (directly or through our Business Partner channel) and pass them on to suitable Investment Bankers listed on our portal - Lead discussions with other I Bankers/Investors (domestic &amp; International) and promoters for above data sets CTC: Rs. 15 - 18 lakhs + ESOPs Employment Type: Full-time
