Roles & Responsibilities

- Liaise with multiple tie-ups of ours including Accelerators and Ministries for deal sourcing/short listing

- Maintain the deal flow MIS - present each case to the screening committee for a go/no go for each funding opportunity backed by justifications

- Shortlisting Startups through our QSAAT tool, having calls with Startups to decide on fundability or consulting requirements

- Present key deals (Startup) to select investors (PEs, VCs, Family Offices, Angels etc) matching their investment thesis

- Investor and deal management for our upcoming Angel Fund

- Continuously lookout to add more startups on the platform

- Coordinate and work with internal teams

Educational Qualification and Experience

- MBA (Finance)/CFA

- 3-5 years experience

- Experience of dealing with investors and a strong track record of Venture Capital investments

Other skill sets

- Strong understanding of law.

- Deep knowledge and understanding of the capital markets, as well as a thorough understanding of key metrics for companies in the industry.

- Familiar with financial modeling techniques and valuation methods used by investors.

- A strong understanding of macroeconomics, capital markets trends, competitor activities, industry dynamics, and customer trends.

- Must be able to perform in a high-pressure environment and be able to meet tight deadlines.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to draft engaging and impactful messages.

- Good blend of interpersonal & analytical skills

CTC Rs. 8 - 12 LPA + Very attractive Incentive scheme + ESOP
