We are a tech based online Investment Banking platform helping SMEs & Startups scale in their organic/inorganic growth. Our services cover - Preparing, Sourcing Counter Parties & Executing M&A, Strategic Fund Raise, JV & Technology Assistance through our algo based online marketplace.

Key stakeholders : SMEs, Startups, Investment Bankers, Consultants & Financial Investors & Corporates.

Investor Relationship Opportunity Overview :

The Position is responsible for ensuring the company is appropriately and strategically positioned with investors. The holder of this job reports directly to the CEO, and is responsible for creating the appropriate strategy, framework, and tactics, as well as for providing a very compelling investor relations roadmap. The position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Develop a robust investor relations strategy and framework

- Maintain relationships with key investors

- Continuously lookout to add more investors (domestic & international) on the platform

- Present key deals (Startup) to select investors (PEs, VCs, Family Offices, Angels etc) matching their investment thesis

- Drive closures with the investor community from the deals funnel generated by internal teams

- Coordinate and work with internal teams

Educational Qualifications and Experience :

- MBA (Finance)

- 5-10 years experience dealing with investors especially in the Startup Space

- Deep knowledge and understanding of the Startup & VC/Angel Ecosystem and players there off

- Must be able to perform in a high-pressure environment, and be able to meet tight deadlines

- Working with startups will be a plus

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

CTC : Rs. 8 - 12 LPA + Very attractive Incentive scheme + ESOPs
