The Company :

We are a Technology based online global Investment Banking marketplace . We help our SME clients achieve their Business Growth objectives through organic & inorganic routes by helping them in Deal Preparation, Sourcing & Execution for M&A, PE, Fund raising, JV, Tech assistance.

Overall :

- We are looking for a candidate who is motivated and has a deep understanding of analysing corporate numbers and industry trends, helping target new businesses and help find the right set of counter parties for our existing online/offline M&A, PE, JV, Tech sourcing deals.

- Experience in Mid Market Corporate Banking/NBFC is a must

- Experience in Investment Banking (M&A/PE) would be an advantage.

Educational Qualifications and Experience :

- MBA (Finance)

- 10 - 15 years of experience

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- A good blend of inter personal & analytical skills

CTC : Rs. 12 - 18 LPA + Very attractive Incentive scheme + ESOPs

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Generate a Business Sales Funnel for SME's strategic organic & inorganic growth requirements such as M&A, Funding (Debt & Equity), JV, TA and consulting mandates there off such preparation of IM, Business Model etc.

- Ability to make Promoter/CXO level connect

- Pick up offline M&A, Fund Raising mandates (directly or through our Business Partner channel) and laise with suitable Investment Bankers listed on our portal.

- Lead discussions with our userset of Investment Bankers, Investors and promoters

- Ready to work in an energetic startup environment
