Merger & Acquisition Role - Consulting Firm

Scouting for the role of "Merger & Acquisition" Folks for one of the leading Consulting Firm for Bangalore location.

- CONSULTING EXPERIENCE WOULD BE PREFERRED.

- Relevant years in tech "M&A/fund raising" experience with another investment bank.

- Should have successful deal closure.

- Work closely with corporates, venture capitalists, private equities and other investors.

- Should have very strong capabilities to execute transactions specifically forge relationships with the target, assess the business, engage with the management team, prepare IM, FM, teasers, explain the business to counterparties, manage expectations, valuations, closure experiences
