Manager - Sourcing - Marketing & Sales, General Procurement As Manager Sourcing Marketing and Sales, you will be responsible for strategy development, implementation and execution of sourcing projects, serve as interface for external and internal stakeholders and manage a portfolio of various spend components and projects in a matrix environment. Activities include sourcing, evaluating and selecting suppliers, negotiating supply contracts, maintain supplier relationships, and monitor quality and timeliness of materials and services supplied when escalated. - As a key interface between internal customer departments and external supplier base, the Manager Sourcing Marketing and Sales is accountable for understanding key business drivers and ensuring that customer requirements are fulfilled. In this role, you will drive cross functional alignment and use strategic sourcing best practices to deliver best total value in terms of quality, cost and innovation. Job requirements : - Bachelor or Master degree - 5+ years of Procurement experience in indirect; Marketing and Sales sourcing experience is a plus - Work experience in Pharma/Healthcare Industry - Demonstrates knowledge of relevant IT systems including ERP (such as SAP and/or Ariba), spend analytics, and contract management systems - English (fluent written & spoken), German and/or French an asset - Ability to interact with senior management - Highly motivated, result driven, and ability of working in a matrix organization is required - Works independently and must be able to operate with limited supervision/ feel comfortable with remote stakeholder relationship management - Solid background in finance and project management - Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is an asset - Willingness to travel 10-15% of the time (mainly Europe)
