Job Title : Senior Business Analytics Architect Job Location: Electronic City, Bangalore Job Description: - Your passion is deriving insights from data and helping the business making data-driven decisions - You have a deep knowledge on data profiling, data modelling and data visualizations especially using Qlik technologies - You work closely with the Darmstadt based team to coordinate key activities and deliverable from the Bangalore based analytics team - You are experienced with agile development methods and able to lead all daily Scrum disciplines (stand-ups, estimates, progress reporting) Roles & Responsibilities : - Single Point of Accountability for delivery on Marketing and Sales Analytics solutions - Administrative management of Bangalore delivery team including distribution of tasks to team members - Strategic direction on data architecture within the Qlik environment - Overall tracking and status of team efforts to Business Facing Team - Overall Quality Control for solutions coming from the team including Build and Alpha testing results Qualification, Years of Experience & Skills : - Bachelor or Master degree in information technology or related - Total of 12+ Years of experience - 10+ years experience in Business Analytics architecture, design and development - 5+ year experience in design, build, and test of solutions based on Qlik technologies (QlikView and/or QlikSense) - Experience with Pharmaceutical Sales and Marketing - Good acumen of business functions with a developer mindset - Excellent communication skills & experience working in virtual teams - Fluent English Specific information related to the position : - Willingness for occasional international travel - Willingness to occasionally stay up to 3 months in Germany or US - Flexibility to attend critical meetings remotely across different time zones (Europe, North America, LatAm)
