Purpose : Position exists to serve as strategic HR partner to Business Leaders, People Managers and employees in LS Process Solutions and Integration Supply Chain Operations (ISCO). Process Solutions is fast growing business in India with annual turnover of approx Euro 45 M, and comprises of Bio Processing, Actives &amp; Formulations, Technology Management and M-Lab (in Bangalore). &nbsp;On the other hand, ISCO encompasses production, warehousing, supply chain management and distribution operations, supporting all the 3 commercial business units, i.e. Research Solutions, Applied Solutions and Process Solutions. ISCO has 2 manufacturing sites in Bangalore, and a research cum testing lab in Navi Mumbai. &nbsp;HRBP will need to work closely with PS and ISCO country Heads, as well as with Site Heads (in Bangalore) to deliver on HR agenda items aligned to business priorities. Scope of Responsibility : - Total sales revenue supported: Euro 45 M - Number of locations responsible for : 3 (Bangalore, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai) + regional offices (for PS) Essential Job Functions : - As a single contact point from HR to business, takes lead for all HR related topics in LS Process Solutions and ISCO - Represent HRBP org in OLT (ISCO) and PBLT (Process Solutions) to contribute and define HR agenda aligned to business priorities - Partner with the Life Science business managers to translate business requirements into HR solutions and systems that deliver business results - Play active role in utilizing HR expertise to address business needs and understands the business impact of delivering results while upholding the Company core values - Provide strategic advice and consultation to people managers and business leaders on organizational and people related topics - Assess emerging social, cultural and behavioral norms in the BUs from time to time and work with leadership teams to mitigate any potential people issues - Collaborate with business leaders and people managers to inculcate a performance oriented transparent and collaborative work culture - Deliver key HR processes such as talent management, performance management, change management, workforce planning, people development etc - Maintain strong relations in Line of Business through constant and ongoing engagement with manager and team members - Leverages available CoEs expertise and the HR Services unit for providing business inputs and working out acceptable solutions and services - Work with HR Compliance teams to ensure site level compliances with Company policies and procedures and educate employees on adherence - Role model - Purple- culture in interactions, dealings and working with LS employees - Effectively participate and contribute as an integral team member of the India HR group. Participate in and/or leads assigned HR projects and initiatives. Demonstrate ability to work remotely (remote from leadership/ team/ accounts) and leverage all vehicles for communication - Demonstrate ability and willingness to align local implementation with global business requirements conforming to specifications of New Leadership Organization (NLO) Qualification : - Master or bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or other relevant areas - Minimum 8-10 years of experience in HR Business Partner role in a large or mid-sized corporation, preferably with matrix reporting - Have deep working knowledge in major HR disciplines and hands on experience of using HR tools within talent management and leadership development Knowledge and Skills : - Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills - Effective leadership and communication skills (written, oral, listening, presentation) - Demonstrated competence in coaching and conflict resolution - Learning agility - Ability to work in a dynamic multi-cultural team Additional Local Needs : Position will operate largely out of Bangalore with occasional travel to Mumbai and other locations in India. Within Bangalore, given that there are multiple sites, incumbent will need to divide time on regular basis to ensure regular engagement with local leadership.
