As the head of this unit, you will be responsible for hiring and leading a team that is designing, building, and operating IT marketing and web applications. Your team will execute the overall IT strategy. As part of this, your team will deliver projects, enhancements, and platform operations for our marketing & web landscape in close collaboration with other teams (e.g. Marketing Capabilities, Web & Analytics, CRM programs). You will establish a continuous quality improvement process, systematically optimize data quality, and implement areas for automation and better data processing from an end-to-end perspective. You and your team ensure platform evolution, availability of the solution, build a support structure, and improve IT service quality.

Who you are:

- Master's degree Business or Science

- 10+ years of experience with demonstrated success in a variety of application management and technology leadership positions

- Strong technology experience in the Adobe AEM stack, Email Marketing, Social Media as well as in other IT Marketing and Web technologies.

- Strong skills in project management and agille delivery methods

- Knowledge and experience in managing processes and platforms while looking for opportunities of improvement to increase overall user experience

- Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service environment

- Strong verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization, with both technical and non-technical colleagues
