In this role you will be part of a growing team which ensures exceptional growth of e-commerce channel. Specifically, in this role you will be mainly responsible for growing eCommerce business revenue through driving strategy & planning for digital growth initiatives, driving digital marketing better connecting our target customers by holistic planning & overall management of Digital marketing campaigns & content, media channel operations and campaign execution.
The primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to :
- Ongoing development of eCommerce plan & strategy - Revenue target, breakdown by business vertical, breakdown by business motion, and key building blocks / initiatives needed
- Tracking market developments and benchmarking best practices to identify opportunities and risks
- Analyze eCommerce Business Balance Scorecard and business health metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement
- Design projects & initiatives across eCommerce business to tap into opportunities / mitigate risks
- Business Case creation : Build & evaluate business case and ROI estimates for new initiatives
- Lead planning and implementation of assigned projects.
- Develop & Implement Digital marketing strategy and Integrated online go-to-market calendar with end-to-end monitoring of year-round omni-channel marketing initiatives design, evaluation, communication, deliverable and review.
- Guide, monitor & review the year-round digital marketing resource (budget & people) allocation to maximize our overall media investment ROI and to drive better media efficiency to meet collective eCommerce & commercial annual target
- Analyze business impact and conduct deep dive analysis: Provide routine executive-level reporting on the Digital Marketing performance & future opportunities. Publish recommendations and action plans based on data.
- Driving collaboration between E-commerce team and global E-business team
- Coordinate with Sales & Account teams for eCommerce initiatives
- Coordinate with Product Marketing & Commercial Enablement teams for campaign planning, execution and measurement
Required/Preferred Qualifications & Experience :
- 7 or more years of broad-based eCommerce Strategy / Program Management / Digital Consulting / Digital Marketing experience
- MBA preferred
- Experience in eComm strategy development and implementation on Brand.com, 3rd party marketplaces etc.
- Exposure to digital marketing across SEO/SEM/Social/EDM, campaign/content management & media mix decisions
- B2B experience preferred, but strong profiles from B2C will also be considered
- Good sense of responsibility and integrity
