Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee Merchant Acquisition / Merchant onboarding / merchant sourcing through various channels
- Increase sales channel Partners
- Manage team of sales officers in the region
- Generate leads and referrals from various sources
- Have strong grip on sourcing quality
- Understanding of KYC, costing, etc.
- Generate performance reports and identify gaps/opportunities
- Carry out local marketing activities with the help of marketing team
- Product Penetration
- Cross Selling
Additional Responsibilities :
- Deep understanding of Merchant Acquiring business from Sales side
- Team Mgmt. exp.
