Merchant Banker - IPO

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchant Banker to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in advising clients on capital market transactions, with a focus on Initial Public Offerings (IPOs). You will leverage your extensive knowledge of merchant banking activities, SEBI LODR regulations, and due diligence to ensure successful outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the entire IPO process for client companies, from pre-filing to listing.

2. Conduct comprehensive due diligence on client financials and operations.

3. Advise clients on deal structuring, valuation, and regulatory compliance.

4. Prepare and manage offering documents, including the DRHP and RHP.

5. Liaise with SEBI, stock exchanges, and other regulatory bodies.

6. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential investors.

7. Manage investor relations and roadshows.

8. Underwrite and place securities with institutional investors.

9. Stay updated on market trends and regulatory developments in the capital markets.
