Merchant Analytics - Fintech Key Responsibilities : - Lead Merchant Analytics function and a team of Data Analysts for Enterprise Business - Execute work by Business Intelligence and Analysis, Designing, Testing, Migration, Production support and Implementation of dashboard applications. - Work on data visualization tool QlikView, Tableau, Quicksight Business Intelligence/Business Analytics software's, and products - Create Effective and High-performance dashboard and published them to Server and Online. - Designing complex dashboards and providing insights taking advantage of all BI tool functions including data blending, joins, actions, filters parameters, etc. - Involving in admin activities like publishing, adding users, creation of subscriptions and deployment. - Develop data-driven and automation solutions to add lift to key performance metrics - Extracting the data from multiple data source, doing analysis, providing merchant and business insights. - Interacting and providing solutions to merchants, business and stakeholders for reporting needs and requirements. - Establish excellent understanding of analytics tools and solutions both internal and 3rd party user. Scope of Impact / Influence : - Collaborate and deliver work to different functions including but not limited to Enterprise Business, Products, Engineering, and other functions Minimum Qualifications & Experience : - 7+ years of overall business analytics and data science experience with a medium to large-scale organizations or start-ups - Bachelors or master's degree in a quantitative discipline - Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics etc. - Extensive experience working with large amount of data using SQL, SAS, R and other statistical packages - Experience in data dashboarding and visualization tool like QlikView, Tableau or QuickSight - Experience working in a Unix/Linux environment for automating processes with shell scripting - Experience programming in Python, Java or other programming languages - Experience in machine learning techniques like regression analysis, decision tree etc. a plus High performing Behaviors : - Innovation and automation mindset - Customer Focused - Does what is right for the customer - Be a change agent and willing to challenge status quo while helping to drive the necessary changes - Proven ability to effectively resolve conflict - Ability to influence management matrix to achieve outcomes without direct responsibility - Adaptability, Collaboration & Teamwork, Continuous Improvement and Tenacity
