JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Merchant Acquiring and Remittance Specialist

Experience: Minimum 4-5 years

Location: Dubai (Open to Onshore and Offshore candidates)

Notice Period: Maximum 30 days

CTC: 14K AED Monthly (Flexible based on experience)

Mandatory Skills :

- Hands-On Experience in MAPS/Clearing/Settlement and CASMEX

- Experience in Merchant Acquiring and Remittance

- Ability to work in Agile Squad, preparing user stories, BRD, etc.

Responsibilities:

Business Requirement Analysis:

- Gather and analyze business requirements for enhancements and new features within GTB.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Work closely with various stakeholders, including clients, product managers, and development teams, to ensure alignment with business goals.

User Story / BRD Preparation:

- Create detailed user stories/BRDs and use cases that outline system functionalities.

Data Analysis:

- Analyze and interpret data related to corporate banking transactions and customer behavior to identify trends.

Change Management:

- Assess the impact of changes on existing processes.

Documentation:

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements and use them accordingly.

User Training:

- Assist in the development and delivery of user training materials to ensure successful adoption of new portal.

User Experience (UX) Improvement:

- Collaborate with UX designers to enhance the overall user experience of the online banking platform.

Product Knowledge:

- Possess a deep understanding of corporate online banking and Cash management products and stay updated on industry trends.

Reporting:

- Create reports and provide insights to management on project progress, key performance indicators, and areas for improvements.

Agile / Waterfall Methodology:

- Work within Agile or Waterfall methodologies to ensure efficient project management.

Continuous Improvement:

- Continuously seek opportunities to optimize the corporate online banking portal for improved user satisfaction and operational ease.
