Hiring for Merchant Acquiring/Payments

- Product profiles from a vast payment domain covering cards, acquiring, wallets, MB or NB

- Review of all the existing Product & Process notes made in the current financial year and highlight any gaps in the same for correction.

- Periodic review of the past Product and Process notes and engage with stakeholders including Operations, Policy, Risk, IT/BTG, ORM, ISG, CTT, Finance, Legal, Audit & Compliance, PPS, Product, Portfolio, CPA & Sales

- To engage with Internal Policy teams in engaging and improving Product policy

- Review and sign off each of the non-marketing Merchant Communications from the unit related to Regulatory Compliance, Scheme Compliance, pricing related.

- Engage with Channel on any audit observations made on process Controls to Acquiring Product

- Carry out a quarterly review of Competition Benchmarking of Fees & Charges and at all publish reports. Publish Penal & Other fee types separately and Work with Fincon on cost justification with an eye on Cost to incomes.

- Closely work with Bank Operations team, Service Delivery teams and deliver atleast 1 process change in a quarter improving efficiencies.

- Work closely with Bank operations team in regularising audit observations pertaining to the product unit liaising internally with the product and portfolio managers
