Manager - Merchandising

Descriptive Job Summary:

Lead a defined customer focused Merchandising function in collaboration with the Buying and the Operations team in line with the Visual Merchandising strategy. Develop brand and range grids by product & category. Lead and organize the direct reports to achieve world class merchandising standards as per objectives of merchandising.

Location : Bangalore

The Key job responsibilities include :

1. Stock Analysis: Execute category wise stock analysis in line with merchandising plan with collaboration from Buying and Operations team.

2. Stock Keeping: Ensure smooth replenishment standards for a secure smooth and economic flow of goods from the OSWH to the floor as per replenishment plan and anticipate customers' needs while sorting and assigning price stickers to all outgoing merchandise for display. Also monitor movement of goods and signage on display.

3. Logistics: Support Buying and Logistics team to ensure stock holding as per plan and stock levels are accurate.

4. Promotion & Event: Coordinate with Visual Merchandising team to ensure execution of all brand/vendor promotions/events in close collaboration with Buying, Operations and Marketing Team as per promotion calendar and monitor the results.
