Merchandiser - Precious Jewellery Scrabble has been mandated to hire a Head of Merchandising for an early-stage diamond jewellery brand, with marquee investors and partners Location: Bangalore/Mumbai Role: - We are looking for a seasoned Merchandiser to serve as the business conduit by maintaining strong & effective relationships with its retail outlets. - Together with our retail team, the merchandiser will be in charge of ensuring that the warehouse shelves and retail shelves are fully stocked. - In addition, the successful candidate will provide retail store owners with customer service by answering questions, locating lost orders, delivering required products to customers, and resolving potential documentation issues. Responsibilities include: - Monitoring warehouse inventory levels and submitting comprehensive inventory reports regularly - Collaborating with stakeholders to create attractive retail-level displays and make sure that our Jewellery is properly displayed - Act as the liaison between retail outlets and the company by addressing any issues and solving problems - Assist in creating an organized warehouse that allows for easier product accessibility Qualifications: - Good academic background - 8+ years' experience in merchandising for premium jewellery or watches - Strong customer service skills - Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
