Functional Area: Skill Business
Education Qualification: MBA / Btech.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years
Key Responsibilities / Background:
- Responsible for achievement of revenue targets in assigned or new skill councils
- Research, Account Mapping, Networking and Lead generation to support revenue targets
- Acquiring new business in different sectors working in skill development and certification
- Maintain good and long-term relationship by keeping a regular touch with all kind of a/c.
- Relationship Management (up-selling and cross-selling) with all new Clients to maintain the future association and ensure y-o-y growth
- Updating Sales Efforts in CRM and assist in preparation of daily reports and MIS
- Close coordination with different in-house team working on Vocation Skill Certification business
- Operations/Field Team/Content
- Ensure to deliver commitments given to client by keeping close coordination with Senior team and project executors.
Qualifications and Experience:
- MBA/B.tech
- Experience in Selling or Key a/c management or relationship management for a minimum of 2 years.
- Experience of working with NSDC/Sector Skill councils/State Govt Accounts preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to have discussions with top mgmt./decision makers, especially Heads of Sector skills.
- Enterprising & aggressive sales/Account management professional.
- Excellent communication skills, problem solving & positive attitude.
- Excellent service ethics and a high level of integrity.
