Mercer - Lead Business Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Involved in scoping of the project.

- Involve in assessing effort estimation and set timelines.

- Risk identification and mitigation.

- Assist project Manager in assessing project health.

- Stakeholder management, Communication with different workstreams like Config, Data, IT and etc.

- Test planning, Data Mining, testing and Review of different components of system like Calculation, Web and Forms\Letters.

- Review Test planning, Data mining and testing of different components of system like Calculation, Web and Forms\Letters.

- Root cause analysis and suggest Defect Prevention plan.

- Work on Release plan and summary.

- Find and run Process Improvement Initiatives

- Mentoring and coaching.

Required Skills:

- Able to define scope of the project.

- Ability to assess effort and set timelines

- Ability to raise risk and put together a mitigation plan.

- Ability to liaison with different stakeholder and clarify roadblocks on testing side. Helping team in Clarifying requirements etc.

- Strong Defined Benefits Domain

- Have handled at least 1-2 clients implementation from QA perspective for Calculation, Web and Forms\Letters.

- Have exposure on handling manual calculation testing tools. Preferably built using Excel, VBA and Macros.

- Have exposure of handling Web Testing.

- Have exposure of handling Forms and Letter Testing.

- Ability to perform test planning, Data Mining and testing for Calc, Web and Forms\Letters.

- Understands entire SDLC and STLC life cycle.-

- Ability to do RCA and suggest Defect Prevention plan.

- Ability to Review Test planning, Data mining and testing.

- Knowledge of a Test Automation Suite like Test Complete\Selenium is preferred.

- Analytical Mind set. Self-Motivated and Agile. Excellent Communication skills
