Sr Manager - HR
About the Role: 'Sr. Manager-HR':
We seek a candidate for the position of 'Senior Manager-HR' who shall be required to manage the various HR functions and processes in the Company, with complete responsibility and conscientiousness. As a senior member in the Company, the 'Senior Manager-HR' shall assist in planning and developing various company policies, activities and resources to ensure smooth functioning of all aspects of the HR vertical.
Job Description:
- Provides assistance in devising and implementing corporate strategies for various HR functions.
- Ensures effective administration of human resource programs including compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
- Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
- Designs and implements an effective employee onboarding process, and helps organize training & development initiatives from time to time.
- Undertakes tasks associated with Performance Management, e.g. designing quarterly and/or annual employee performance reviews.
- Implements an interactive Employee Engagement program in the company.
- Assists in development and implementation of human resource policies from time to time.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment laws.
- Provides inputs for effectively reducing employee dissatisfaction and conclusively redressing their grievances where situations demand.
- Anticipates and resolves litigation risks.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required skill set:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
- Master's degree in Human Resources is required.
- At least eight years of relevant experience in the industry is must.
