Job title : Senior Manager Reports to : Director - Regulatory Location : Kolkata, West Bengal Experience and Qualification : - Graduate and MBA/PGDM with specialization in Finance with minimum 8 years of&nbsp;experience in Power/Infra sector. Candidate should be well versed with the&nbsp;accounting practices and regulatory treatments in the sector. Required Skills : - Analyzes books of accounts, loan documents/data. - Carries out detailed financial analysis / studies as well as financial modeling as and&nbsp;when required. - Provides inputs on financial aspects of Power/Infra sector. - Loan reconciliation of companies based on information in balance sheets and other available information. - Balance sheet analysis, comparison of accounting data &amp; its reconciliation. - Fully conversant in the latest accounting, forex, taxation matters. - Verifies assets and liabilities by comparing items to documentation. - Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops;&nbsp;reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in&nbsp;professional societies. - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. - Experience of tariff finalization in the Regulatory Sector or Power Sector is desirable. - Experience in carrying out economic analysis and use of statistical techniques related&nbsp;to power sector - Engineering qualification would be an added advantage Working conditions / Location : - The base location would be Kolkata, West Bengal. However the applicant should be open&nbsp;to travel within and outside country to manage Projects. - He/ She should also be willing&nbsp;to relocate (if required) to other locations within country based on project requirements.
