Human Resources - Analyst
Job Purpose :
- The incumbent is expected to support the Associate Director (Human Resources) and team in fulfilling the recruitment requirements of the organization.
- The aspirant should be willing to work hard and obtain satisfaction in closing critical vacancies that have immediate on-ground impact on policy decisions and stakeholder interests that benefit the electricity sector and by extension, all the people of India.
- The incumbent should expect to take full charge of the recruitment function, after mentoring, within two years of joining.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Understand and update job descriptions.
- Source potential candidates from various channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like LinkedIn, referrals, cold-calling etc).
- Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates. Screen incoming resumes and applications.
- Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person).
- Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests.
- Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
- Provide shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
- Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire.
- Participate in industry fora and host in-house recruitment events.
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
- Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
- Bring improvements in process that - save time, effort, money; improve quality of hire; improve the pipeline of aspirants
Experience and Qualification :
- 80% or above in secondary and senior secondary
- Graduation mandatory. Btech/BE in Electrical Engineering is preferred
- PGPM/MBA in HR preferred
- 2- 3 years of experience in recruitment is mandatory.
- Experience in a fast-paced start-up or power sector staff augmentation or consultancy will be preferred.
Required Skills :
- Thorough understanding of Power Sector.
- Interested candidate should have complete understanding of the Recruitment cycle.
- Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity.
- Develop and implement search strategy that includes vendor selection process and performance metrics for all searches.
- Develop and maintain career opportunities section on internal and external websites.

Working conditions / Location :
- The base location would be New Delhi. The applicant should be open to travel within and outside country to manage Projects. He/ She should also be willing to relocate (if required) to other locations within country based on project requirements.
