Procurement Head

JOB SCOPE:

- Develop and implement inventory control strategies to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize carrying costs.

- Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile physical stock with system records, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective measures.

- Identify the best vendors for procurement and control.

- Implement and maintain stringent quality control procedures for materials to uphold brand reputation and customer satisfaction.

- Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, stock levels, and inventory turnover rates.

- Lead and mentor a team of inventory analysts and coordinators, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration.

- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge in inventory management best practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor's degree from Tier 1 Institute with 2 Years' Experience in Supply Chain Management or WH Management.

- Proven experience in Vendor management and Inventory Management with a strong focus on high-value items is a plus.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Good interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality control.
