About the Role:
As Meragi expands operations across 5 cities, we're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our national talent acquisition efforts. This role presents an exciting opportunity to shape our organisational structure and source top talent to drive our growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Organisational Design:
- Guide the organisational design process to align with strategic business objectives.
- Collaborate with leadership to assess hiring needs and ensure alignment with business goals.
2. Talent Acquisition:
- Build and lead a team of recruiters, managing the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding across cities.
- Meet hiring targets across various roles and locations.
- Define clear and comprehensive profiles, JDS and KRAs for all positions.
- Explore innovative recruitment and sourcing methods to attract a diverse talent pool of candidates for Meragi
- Develop and implement robust evaluation mechanisms to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or experience in a related field.
- 4+ years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, preferably in a startup/ fast paced environment
- Strong grasp of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment goals.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- First principle thinking and strong program management skills.
