Job Description:

Mensa Brands is seeking a dynamic and experienced D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving performance marketing initiatives with a focus on Google, Facebook, and other meta platforms. This individual will play a crucial role in optimizing our online presence and maximizing ROI across various e-commerce channels.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute end-to-end performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for Mensa Brands' D2C products.

- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other meta platforms to achieve KPIs such as ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CPA (Cost per Acquisition), and CTR (Click-Through Rate).

- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to enhance campaign performance and maximize ad relevance.

- Analyze campaign data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Creative, Product, and Analytics to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.

- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to continuously improve campaign performance and drive innovation.

- Monitor and manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across different channels and campaigns.

- Utilize advanced analytics tools and attribution models to track customer journeys and optimize multi-channel marketing efforts.

- Drive continuous optimization and experimentation across all stages of the marketing funnel, from awareness to conversion.

- Stay abreast of emerging e-commerce trends, platforms, and technologies to identify new growth opportunities for Mensa Brands.

Requirements:

- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within the e-commerce industry.

- Proven expertise in managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and meta platforms like Meta Ads Manager.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.

- Hands-on experience with analytics and attribution tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, and/or similar platforms.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.

- Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes and ROI.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant platforms are a plus.
