It is a concept that amalgamates luxury, business and leisure for an elite community of members.

They are in search for people who have an expertise on Business development and Relationship Management for HNI client, and are well versed with the luxury segment.

Job description:

- Develop and execute sales strategies, tactics and plans to achieve sales and revenue targets

- Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the Company's ambitious growth.

- Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas.

- Take ownership of the management of the sales and marketing functions of the business.

- Working to stringent targets, the job holder will be required to adopt a professional and knowledgeable approach to each new business call.

- Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans.

- Ensure that sales targets are met month on month

- Maintain the client database using an effective CRM suite

- Develop and grow key customer relationships and Implement strategies to expand the customer base

Requirements of the role:

- 4 - 6 years of experience working with the luxury segment.

- Excellent Communication skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business

- Must have experience of working in a corporate/business focused environment

- Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads

Background of the Sales Manager

- Experience in working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions

- Highly motivated with a drive to succeed and a passion for sales.

- Target driven

- Good understanding of dealing with HNI's and UHNI's

- Ability to manage a diverse and independent customer base

- Work with the GM Membership and GM marketing to develop effective marketing/Sales strategies to establish and grow brand awareness and consequently boost sales. -

- University degree, preferably majoring in Business or related disciplines.

- MBA (desirable).

- Demonstrated leadership and project management capability
