About us:

- Our first company Mettl.com was in the SaaS space that we started in 2010. We ran the company for 8+ years when Mettl got acquired by Mercer ( a US Fortune 500 company). Our 8+ years of roller coaster ride was full of huge disappointments and small big victories and great joys. It was personally very enriching for me. I got to work with some of the smartest, most dedicated and hardworking people around as colleagues.

- Learning, personal and professional growth really accelerates when you are a part of such a dynamic work environment. I also got to make several of them as great friends - friends for life. Today, I can say that I have evolved into having much sharper business acumen, a better team player, and a sharper decision maker etc. After analyzing how industry will shape up in the future, I have chanced upon an large unmet need of the market. I think we can really create a product that can have a revolutionary impact on remote working. I plan to use all my learnings from the previous startup to make it an even bigger success.

Our Mission: 

- The company is currently in the stealth mode. We plan to continue to be this way till we believe we are ready to say Hello to the outside. Our startup plans to operate in helping employees/ organizations work remotely effectively. It is currently a large unmet need and will continue to be more prevalent in future. The solution would use the cutting-edge Deep Learning algorithms in Computer Vision and other aspects of Machine Learning delivered through SaaS. The larger overall space pertains to a category called RPA (Robotic Process Automation) or Productivity Tech in the VC parlance. SaaS in general and RPA/ Productivity Tech has been a pretty hot space for VCs around the world from a fundraising perspective in the last 1-2 years. More when we progress in our discussions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Candidate should have a good business acumen and strategic thinking

- Candidate should be a great problem solver

- Candidate should have good oral/ written communication skills and have a knack of creating presentations

- This is a role to work directly with the company's founder

Day to day tasks/ projects can include (but not restricted to) the following:

- Business research

- Business Analysis

- Business Operations

- Product definition and development

- Business plan development

Requirements:

Experience- 0-4 Years

- Prior work experience in product development/ strategy consulting is a plus

- B.Tech/ MBA from Tier 1 collage
