Mellora Infrastructure - General Manager - Finance

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning and Execution:

- Take full responsibility for planning and executing financial duties and projects to support the company's objectives.

- Project Funding

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards within the real estate sector.

2. Financial Expertise:

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of finance, including month-end processes, MIS reporting, data analysis, variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

- Provide compliance related and business advisory services to support strategic decision-making.

3. Financial Modelling and Valuation:

- Develop and maintain financial models, including cash flow analysis, NPV, P/L statements, CAPM, payback analysis, business valuation, equity analysis, investor decks, and various forecasting models.

4. Financial Statements and Reports:

- Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts to ensure the financial stability and health of the business.

- Draft budgets, income statements, balance sheets, tax returns, and reports required by regulatory authorities.

5. Financial Performance Evaluation:

- Evaluate the financial performance of the organization and measure returns on investments.

- Monitor metrics and KPIs to assess the financial department's performance.

Preferred candidate profile

- Preferably a CA

- 5 - 7 + years' experience in Accounts and Finance.

- Hands on knowledge of bank funding related issues, taxation, overall management operations etc.

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills

- Ability to function well in a team-oriented environment.
