1. Manpower Planning and Talent Acquisition:
- Plan formulation in consultation with the operations head for recruiting and on boarding the required manpower to meet operational requirements.
- Preparing requirement job profile with the concerned Departmental Heads so as to determine the right candidate.
- Management of the complete recruitment life-cycle to attract the best talent from diverse sources and to develop the leadership pool.
- Ensuring right candidate fit by understanding the requirement in depth and thereby improving the selection ratio.
- Preparations of salary fitments, salary negotiations, prepare offers and ensure joining.
2. Joining formalities and Induction:
- Management of HR database, timely updation.
- Preparing the Offer letters and Appointment letters and completing the joining formalities.
- Preparing and Scheduling Induction programs and coordinating with various department heads.
- Driving background verification, maintaining Employee Database, Leave/ Attendance data, performance data, and other HRIS database.
3. Performance Appraisal:
- Managing Appraisal process across the levels and establishing framework for substantiating Performance Appraisal system linked to Reward Management.
- Coordinating in the formulation and implementation of increment, incentive and other remuneration policies.
- Identifying talent for taking up higher responsibilities.
- Introduced KRA for all the different levels.
4. HR Policies & Strategies, Policy review and deployment:
- Preparing HR polices & Strategies and in implementation.
- Documentation of such practices and its verification.
- Reviewing policies and streamlining other processes in the company.
5. Payroll, Compensation & Benefits:
- Processing Payroll and submitting the PF, ESI and PT returns
- Ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial management-employee relations.
- Issuing advice / warning letters and conducing Enquiries and further disciplinary action.
- Keeping track of employee's activities in terms of confirmation, promotion, and their separation.
- Updating the employees from time to time about the company policies and changes.
- Handling all kinds of employee's queries and complaints.
- Cancelling and couching for performance improvement.
6. Exit Formalities:
- Carrying out exit interviews so as to know the trend and check the attrition rate.
- Arranging for the full and final settlement of resigned employees.
