Mehta Trans Logistics - Sales Manager - Freight Forwarding

Job description :

1. Find & develop qualified Freight and Forwarding Business leads, convert them through the sales process into prospects and customers. Continuously keep the sales pipeline full with deals at various types and stages, including fresh/new (qualified) leads/introductions, without affecting the existing business in hand.

2. Candidate with 4 to 5 years of experience in similar logistics/Freight Forwarding Business.

3. Engages prospects and customers to present the company services, always furthering relationships and advocates both the company and the customer, striving to find win-win solutions that expand and further client relationships.

4. Performs regular visits to qualified prospects and customers, in accordance with Managements directives, to drive the business and grow the company revenue, market share and profitability.

5. Conducts business reviews as and when required with clients.

Required Candidate profile :

1. Experience in Sales- Good Communication & Presentable Good Leadership - Proven sales experience in CRM software.

2. A high energy job which requires an individual to spend 100% of the time in the field.

3. Ability to work independently , to work effectively across functional lines , to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously , to make consequential decisions that brings projects , investigations , and other activities to closure.

4. Perseverance. Makes all possible effort to understand the viewpoints of external and internal customers.

5. Candidate should have excellent communication skills.

6. Must have 4+ years experiences in freight forwarding sales
