Job description :

1. Supervise and optimize the cargo handling, document handling, valuable handling and other value-added handling services offered to our customers.

2. Undertake thorough analysis of any service failures or reported service failure by customers, and initiate corrective measures immediately and ensure non-repetition of such failures.

3. Represent the company in meetings with workers representative as and when required.

4. To ensure timely information and requisition to purchasing department for items required for operational purpose. To maintain proper inventory of all company materials and make them available along with records of usage at times of audits and inspections.

5. To maintain security and safety of customers material while in custody of the company.

6. Issues pertaining to bottlenecks in Cargo clearance processes which have already been identified and taken up with local Commissionerate.

7. Ensure timely clearance of imported materials.

Required Candidate profile :

1. Maintenance, operations management, productivity, cost saving, Production Planning, Sales Management, business development management, lead generation management, Talent Management, performance management

2. Must have the ability to communicate professionally and clearly both orally and in writing.

3. Experience in field operations across the state and knowledge of district / village level

4. Must be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must.
