Job Description:
The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Leads by example to maximize sales revenue and meet established business targets
- Identify, target and convert prospect accounts and new business with dentists, surgeons and implantologists
- Initially establish, then service existing accounts, acquire new accounts, and contribute to the continued growth of the business
- Identify potential Institutional and Corporate Clients and generate sales through them
- Manage an assigned geographic sales area to maximize sales revenue and meet the corporate sales objectives
- Complete territory business plans, sales forecasts and administer customer report management
- Provide excellent in person attention and develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders to facilitate future clinical education
- To Identify and invite potential dentist for Strategic Implantology course and ensure participation commitment from them
- Support the execution of all marketing launch plans, seminars/conferences and new product sales objectives
- To be able to think and suggest best financial plan(discounts etc) for the client and exercise decision making power efficiently and appropriately.
- Train and mentor new members as asked/assigned, promoting the Megagen brand in a professional manner
- Participate in regional and national trade shows
- Attend regional and national sales and training meetings
Preferred candidate profile:
- Minimum 5+ Years Of Sales Experience Required
- Proven sales success in a cold calling environment
- Knowledge of Sales Process Training
- Dental implant industry experience strongly preferred, but not required
- Prior sales experience with clinicians as the principal point of contact preferred.
- History of academic excellence
- Ability to work autonomously and be a self-starter
- Experience in taking care of dealerships would be an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi
- Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages
