Meesho Grocery, one of the fastest growing companies in the B2C grocery industry. It has a presence in 3 cities and is planning to expand in many more cities in the next 6 months. You will be part of the most dynamic supply chain team. Fulfillment center comes with a lot of new challenges and growth opportunities, where one get to learn and implement new things.

About the role:

The company is seeking to appoint a Manager Fulfillment to ensure fulfillment of product delivery to customers including order management and processing while maximizing quality assurance, cost effectiveness and profitability. This position requires regular coordination with the order processing team and the delivery team.

What will you do:

- Managing 3P team.

- Direct and oversee the order fulfillment process; and manage the team responsible for order management, administration, and shipping.

- Work closely with inventory planning, warehouse and logistics groups to drive process improvements and meet 100% availability and shipping objectives as per agreed timelines.

- Operate cross-functionally with members of the transportation, merchant, inventory control, and central stakeholder teams.

- Communicate with customers, vendors and shipping carriers to maximize flexibility, minimize expenses and product/packaging damage.

- Monitor and resolve operational issues that impact order fulfilment.

- Identify and resolve customer experience risks, including warehouse and system integration issues and work closely with customer service to fully analyze the consumer experience.

What will you Need:

- 2-4 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management & Logistics

- Excellent time management, communication and team work skills

- Great interpersonal skills and with a strong sense of ownership

- Go Getter Attitude

- Excellent relationship building skills

- Should be highly adaptable to a dynamic working environment

- Good grasp of working with Google Sheets/Excel

- Understanding of processes and then the ability to train further

- Good with numbers
