Meesho - Strategy & Operations Role - IIT/NIT/IIM/XLRI/FMS/MDI

Meesho is creating the next big e-commerce distribution channel via homepreneurs selling on WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram. Meesho's network is 20,000+ homepreneurs strong across 150+ cities in India. Meesho is a Y Combinator S16 startup and Series A funded by top VC in India.

We are looking for dynamic, open minded self starters who can champion the Meesho vision and align resources to develop and execute short-term and long-term strategies for new and existing capabilities.

Tasks & Responsibilities :

- Our Strategic Direction team focuses on performance improvement and transformational changes. We help organizations maximize the benefits and minimize the risks of sustainable change.

Your responsibilities will include :

- Independently managing large projects and programs, organization design, operational excellence and transformation projects in areas such as : performance improvement, cost-optimization, business and back office transformations Design and implement client's future operating model in the necessary processes, policies and tools.

- Managing stakeholders, ensuring timely and qualitative communication, Managing client relationships and proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities

What we are Looking At :

1. Tier 1 Institute

2. Passion to improve process excellence in the organization

3. 2-3 years consulting experience in a leading consulting firm or extensive experience working within the public sector
