Farmiso :

Grocery has the biggest share of the overall retail spend in India and is projected to be an $800B market in 2024, of which the majority contribution comes from non-metro cities. The grocery market in Metro and Tier 1 has become crowded with a lot of players trying to solve the supply chain but the higher cost of logistics restricts these players to disrupt the lower tiers.

At Farmiso, we are building the most cost-effective distribution channel using micro-entrepreneurs to disrupt the grocery market in lower-tier cities of India. We are on the journey of creating a hyperlocal farmer marketplace for fresh food and vegetables and solving the intermediate inefficiencies in the distribution system.

Farmiso is an early-stage mini start-up within Meesho with a completely different supply chain and modus operandi. We are a bunch of high-energy enthusiasts working towards creating something cool and something big.

Job Brief :

1. Identification of critical markets for the region basis the demand forecast

2. Creating an expansion plan and ensuring the timely scale-up

3. Driving monthly regional demand targets in terms of absolute customer order

4. Managing city level demand performance

5. CAC for champion onboarding

6. Champion and customer churn management

7. Templatization of FOS onboarding

8. Daily operations of the Demand control tower

9. Daily performance management of CM

What we are looking for :

A strong problem solver with first principle thinking, ready to get hands dirty while managing teams, someone who eats, sleeps, and breathes ownership and is looking forward to being in an extremely high-impact role.

What we are looking for :

1. Tier 1 MBA with at least 4+ years of experience in Sales/Growth

2. Should have managed a large team

3. Good understanding of sales management systems and processes

4. Capable of structuring problems and find-deploy systematic solutions

5. Design and rollout of performance measuring systems for team

6. Good understanding of outcome-oriented incentive designs

7. Good Understanding of Tier 2-3 cities grocery-Kirana-convenience stores

8. Should have an analytical bent of mind.

9. Start-up experience is preferred, should be able to create structures
