Meesho - Senior Program Manager - Pricing

As Senior Program Manager in our Pricing team, you will share bragging rights to this claim.

Our team holds end-to-end responsibility in ensuring Meesho remains the lowest-priced destination in the world. This includes mapping best practices, building cool tools that can be used by absolutely anyone, and ensuring these tools are actually making sellers' lives better. About the Role:

As our Program Manager (Pricing), you will lead the Pricing Charter and make Meesho the lowest price shopping destination in the world.

A typical day at Meesho for you will primarily include understanding and capturing the competitive landscape accurately. You will also work with the Product team to build infrastructure to capture pricing information. Your work with the Product team will also result in tools to help sellers price competitively and drive volumes, generate insights on what they can sell next and how they should price new products.

You will also liaise with business stakeholders across all categories to ensure we drive successful adoption of the above-mentioned tools. Your end goal will be to increase the number of resellers in your portfolio, and also to help them thrive

What you will do:

- Set the tone with the Product Director for what metrics we should measure and map and at what scale

- Present monthly progress on the Pricing Charter to the CEO

- Mentor, motivate and provide direction to a team of Program Managers

- Plan and manage the growth and development of your team members

- Define KRAs and goals for the team and individuals

- Communicate priorities and key design decisions with stakeholders

What you will need:

- 3+ years of program management experience with at least 1+ years in leading teams

- At Least 5 years of work experience with a track record of delivering results across customer experiences

- Experience with startups and fast-paced environments is an added advantage

- Strong analytical aptitude in problem-solving

- Proven track record of finding innovative solutions to business problems
