These social sellers are small retailers, housewives, students, retired citizens and many other aspiring entrepreneurs across India. We are looking for dynamic, open-minded self-starters who enjoy Business Leadership roles and would like to build a Category in an extremely fast-growing e-commerce company impacting millions of Indians. Roles & Responsibilities : - Building and scaling new user growth initiatives. - Conduct small and fast experiments to validate hypotheses, and to arrive at data-driven decisions. - Scaling the successful experiments to have meaningful contribution to the platform's growth. - Setting up processes and teams for the new initiatives. Skills & Qualifications : - 5-8 years of experience in strategy, operations, program management. - Experience in building and scaling programs from scratch. Hands on, high ownership. - Bachelors/Masters degree from Tier-I Engineering/MBA college. - Data-driven, structured problem solver, with excellent communication skills.
