Being part of Meesho's Fulfilment and Experience team as Senior Manager- Manpower Supply - Last Mile (LAAP -LM) will zip you to the cockpit of our ever-burgeoning rocketship, where you get to directly shape the experience of the country's next billion e-commerce users. We are an eclectic mix of 100+ professionals with diverse skill sets ranging from running operations/support, supply chain know-how, analytics and the holy grail, first principles problem-solving.

At Meesho, we are trying to do what's never been done before - taking e-commerce to the masses. About the Role

- As Senior Manager - Manpower Supply, you'll lead your own team and drive the expansion of the Last mile supply network for LAAP across India. This is a national level role where you will assist the top-management in developing operations strategy for effectively scaling the operations. You'll design processes to onboard partners to do last-mile delivery and own the service and cost metrics for last mile operations.

- You'll manage a team of cluster managers and leads to help drive the vision of the network. You will Set the vision, direction, and culture of the team by managing individual and team performance expectations and goals. You'll continuously work towards identifying gaps and providing recommendations for improving the processes. In this role you will have to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage a diverse workforce, and implement strategies to optimize operations, streamline processes, and enhance overall performance of the team.
