Join our dynamic and highly energized team dedicated to amplifying Meesho's presence in the external media. Our company's mission - To democratize e-commerce for everyone in India. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Consumer & Marketing Insights Intern to join our dynamic team.

About the role:

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of consumer and marketing research, involving both qualitative and quantitative methodologies. As an intern, you will collaborate with our insights team and research agencies to support various research initiatives and contribute to the development of actionable insights that drive business strategies.

We are looking for:

- Possess fundamental knowledge of research projects and techniques (Quantitative research techniques like Brand Health Tracker, Qualitative research)

- A passionate researcher who gets excited to identify new insights & trends, keeping a tab on competition while maintaining the objectivity of the findings.

- Has the acumen for managing multiple projects with minimal errors and ability to work with large data set.

- Enjoys conversations with stakeholders - being able to listen, process and contribute significantly.

- Is proactive, dependable, learns quickly from mistakes and is able to take up bigger challenges

What will you do:

- Set-up/Manage projects: Work closely with research agencies and ensure timely reports, data delivery and be able to course correct in cases of issues.

- Cull findings and present: Work closely on projects and get a thorough understanding of the nuances of the project. Get strong, clear, actionable findings from the studies done.

- Collaborate with different functions: Work across functions horizontally and support with inputs.

- Work with Data: Work with data, both internal and market and make analysis reports.

What you will need:

- Graduate/PG with 1-2 Years experience in market research agencies.

- Proficiency in consumer research, market research and business analysis.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Specially MS Excel.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

- Enthusiastic, creative, and eager to learn.
