In fact, grocery is projected to be an $800B market in 2024 of which, the majority contribution will come from non-metro cities. As Assistant Program Manager (APM)/ Program Manager(PM)- Seller Ops you will lead Meesho towards becoming the preferred destination for groceries.

Our Farmiso team at Meesho interacts closely with all stakeholders to develop the right strategies to penetrate the grocery sector in tier-2, tier-3 cities. Our tasks include tracking vendor profiles, assortment relevance, fulfillment rates, customer profiles, buying patterns, and marketing campaigns. About the Role

- As an APM/PM in the Category Team, you will own the user related metrics for staples categories horizontally. You will work closely with the Category Managers, Sourcing Managers and the Category Operations team ensuring various category metric targets are achieved. You will also be responsible for key qualitative & governance metrics for the Category.

- You will also partner up with business leads to identify roadblocks/inefficiencies and come up with solutions on how to resolve them. You will ensure that plans are intelligently adjusted to reflect vital fluctuations in goals and requirements.
