1) Lead a team of designers & content writers to drive branding & creative initiatives end to end both for BAU and Sale events
2) Create and track metrics that capture branding effectiveness in increasing app opens and conversion
3) Manage multiple stakeholders like category managers, analysts, product designers, program managers to run campaigns
4) Use industry best practices to run end to end creative campaigns that resonate with our TG
5) Plan BAU activities on the app as per season, festivals & Indian themes
6) Work closely with Shopping Experience vertical to improve effectiveness of on-app real estate.
7) Manage the team of designers and content creators effectively and chart out their growth path within the organization
