Meesho - Program Manager

1) Liaison with the outsource agency in terms of manpower allocation & monitor results on a daily basis.

2) Achieving KPI / targets for the FoS vertical for the organization

3) Ensure adherence to CAC

Desired background :

- MBA Marketing / Program management with 5-6 years of Corporate experience

- Previous experience of managing outsourced teams & agencies.

- Atleast 2 years of B2C / Retail Sales experience

- 2-3 years in planning & program management

- Candidate to have strategic outlook & also be proactive in managing day to day matters.
