About the Role:
You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of marketing programs, from strategic planning stages through implementation to performance monitoring:
- Identify and develop acquisition channels - online as well offline
- Manage P&L and KPIs for all campaigns
- Optimize costs per acquisition and reach for each channel
- Define branding & communication guidelines, ensure compliance
- Create innovative marketing programs, and promotions
- Develop targeted messages based on the key value propositions and use cases.
- Manage content development to support your campaigns including online, print and video media
- Use comprehensive data to measure the performance of programs and drive innovation.
What we look for:
- Graduate or Post graduate from a Tier 1 college
- 3 to 4 years of experience across performance marketing and brand development
- Deep knowledge of online marketing methods, tools, and strategies
- Ability to plan, develop and execute complex multi-platform campaigns.
- Strong understanding of customer personas - their goals and requirements
- Strong communication skills & great design sense to manage content development
- Proficiency using tools to track and report on campaign/channel performance
- Experience of budgeting, reporting, and analysis
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; relies on data-driven decision making
- Outstanding skills at initiating, managing and growing strategic relationships with third parties
- A self-starter - never hesitates to roll up your sleeves and take on something hands-on
- Experience in fashion commerce is a plus
